Same as peak season rates applied throughout the year.
GROUP RATES
Maximum 24 Adults and 8 Kids Below 5 can be accommodated.
SCHOOL TOURS
Maximum of 24 persons can be accommodated.
Rates similar to off season rates. Not applicable during peak season and long weekends.
Extra Person Policy:-
Children under age of 5 years are our guest (complimentary without extra bed)
Only one extra bed is allowed per room.
Inclusions:-
Welcome drink on arrival (non-alcoholic).
Accommodation in well-appointed room with Satellite connection LED TV and intercom.
Complimentary 01 bottles of mineral water, replenished daily.
Complimentary use of tea/coffee maker in all rooms, replenished daily. Any additional requirement will be at an extra cost.
• Meals as per selected plan. Buffet service is occasional and provided only when our occupancy is adequate.
Stay extendable on pro rata basis.
Other policies: -
It is mandatory to produce identity card at the time of check in.
Right of admission to the resort is reserved.
Due to cleanliness wooden infrastructure Food is not served in the rooms, We only serve food at Restaurant. If guest request food at room then 20% of maintenance charge is added to the bill.
The Himalayan Woods has the right to offer an alternate /similar /at par accommodation in an over booking situation or non-availability of rooms for different reasons whatsoever.
The Himalayan Woods cannot be held responsible for any damage /mishaps/injuries / loss of life during any adventure /activity or during transit.
The management of The Himalayan Woods has sole right to change/amend/alter the rates without notice, during festive periods/long weekends/ New Year/Christmas time etc.
The taxes applied are as per Government rule. Any hike in taxes by the Government will be payable by the client.
Cancellation Policy:-
In case of cancellation:-
More than 30 days of check in – No deduction
Less than 30 days-more than 15 days of check in – 60% deduction
Less than 15 days- more than 7 days of check in- 85% deduction
Less than 7 days/no show- 100% deduction
